errors on boot

Hello all.
At the beginning of the installer when the screen is loading the scsi device
driver, the install dies. I assume this is because this is a 6.2 kickstart
installation and I need the PERC raid driver that is on a floppy disk
because it is not on the install disk. Does this sound right? and if so how
do I fix this problem..

Yes, I have, a FAT 16 partition I don't want to remove.

I checked, too.

I doesn't work either.

Finally I used fdisk in %pre section, I repartitioned myself, and all went
fine.
