More specifically, you will need to enter network --bootproto static in order to be prompted. Omission of the entire network line would configure the system as a DHCP client on the chosen interface. The only real hurdle, as Wouter points out, is that kickstart only configures one interface during installation. At present, your options are either to come up with something in %post, or else configure reconfig to run at boot time, which seems a bit like overkill.
