func-create-module -- Func helper utility for authoring new Func modules

func-create-module
=head1 DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents the statsvn command. This manual page was
written for the Debian distribution because the original program does
not have a manual page.
"func-create-module" takes not parameters. When executed, it will
interactivelty ask the user for information pertaining to their proposed func
module.
Once complete, a file will be written in the current working directory, named
based on user-input.
