Working on fedora/epel packages now. Not entirely sure how to fix existing
deployments that have file perms set wrong. Some ideas:
- have func/certmaster warn/error out on world writeable files that
souldn't be
- try to fix the perms on those files in a rpm post script
- write a script to fix them, and then call that from rpm post
- Tell people how to check and fix it if they need to
