It's not the best option, but until the source tarballs are back, you can grab a tagged snapshot tarball from the Git repository:

1. Goto http://git.fedoraproject.org/git/?p=func.git;a=tags
2. Click "commit" for a given tag
3. Click "snapshot"

Not ideal, but something...

...I need these because to debianize a package, the package must point to a valid upstream source location (via the watch file), so that the package manager and others are notified when a new release is available.

Also, if someone does a clone from git, certain changes could break the build process of the package, hence it needs to be pointed at a specific static state of the source.
