For some reason the config.listen_port might be a string which causes
FuncSSLXMLRPCServer to fail instantiation since it is expecting an integer as it's 2nd arg. I modified it such that it's casted an int. I also added exception handling since previously there was no error message in the log to indicate a problem (other than the fact that "/etc/init.d/funcd status" reported the process was dead).
