How to contribute patches?

I've modified the spec file that came in func-0.23-1.fc9.src.rpm, so
that it will replace fc9, in the RPM name, with rhel{version} for
CentOS and Redhat. Is there any docs on coding practices and
submitting patches like this?

Thanks
Len
