[patch] initial ebuilds for gentoo

Here is my first version of files to add func and certmaster to gentoo linux.

Attached patch from my local git to add stuff under contrib/gentoo for func (so everything remains in the repository) and tarball of the same for certmaster (I don't have a local copy of the git repo for the latter).
