Have you had patches that never showed up here? Info inside

It appears our mailing list ate some patches and we haven't applied them yet. We're getting around to those now.

If you are wanting to share patches with the mailing list, there's a few ways to do this to make sure they do not get eaten.

-- The preferred way is to use git-format-patch and git-send-email. This sends the patch in the body of an email and we can apply it from there. -- Another way is to copy and paste the text of the patch (for small patches) in the body of the email. -- The final way is to just maintain an external git repo and point us at it, where we can pull from there.

We should have better instructions around git-format-patch and so forth up on the Wiki later.

Thanks and our apologies for this infrastructure glitch, we really want to make contributing to Func as easy as possible and we don't want to appear as if we are ignoring you. Your patches are very important to us and we're excited and thankful to have them.
