Error on CentOS 4

Hello, I am trying to test func on CentOS4, and am having problems.

I installed according to the guide, version 0.16-1 (func-0.16-1.noarch.rpm) 
signed the certificates, everyone can ping everyone else's fqdn, but...

On the master:
