The gender, sexuality parts should be like


1. Do you identify as

Woman, Trans woman , Man, Trans Man, Other (Specify)
(otherwise the list will become too long  )

2. What gender were you assigned at birth?

Woman, Man, Person with Differences in Sexual Development (DSD),
Prefer not to say

3. (Add this) Which of the terms best describe your gender expression?

Gender conforming, non-confirming, queer, gender fluid, No Idea


4. Sexuality choices should be L, G, B, Pan, H, Asexual Other (Specify)


5. (Add) Do you face significant harassment because of your gender
expression/sexuality?



Don't use umbrella terms like transgender (understanding survey
results would become a problem)
