@menekam_rudy The "/wiki" section of https://fedoraproject.org is powered by MediaWiki. The source document is not a `.html` file (which is why you can't find one) but rather HTML generated by the wiki engine.

You can find the source in MediaWiki markup format by looking at https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=Communicating_and_getting_help&action=edit.

However, that content should not be just auto-converted. It really needs an entire rewrite. I'll put some thoughts on that into the docs ticket at https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/council-docs/issue/101
