[fedora-websites] Issue #1095: Banner on community sites to promote Nest with Fedora

I will be addressing the CommBlog & Discussions promotion. 

The registration is live, here: https://hopin.com/events/nest-with-fedora-2021 and these should go up asap. They should be removed right after the conference (August 8th or 9th is good).
