So! I turns out that the Server netinst only includes some "comps" groups, limited the set of software that can be installed in the initial setup. The Everything netinst is listed much further down the page.

It does, then, make sense to keep calling the Server netinst Server. The question is should we put the Everything netinst up there with it.
