The footer of  https://spins.fedoraproject.org/en/   ,
Although "Get Fedora Atomic" is exist, but the target page is "Not Found".

Because of changing of CoreOS .
https://getfedora.org/en/coreos?stream=stable

We should change the Atomic link in the footer to CoreOS link .
