Issue #1012: Incorrect link to documentation on https://spins.fedoraproject.org/xfce/download/index.html

kevinbowen reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:
``
Currently, the 'Documentation' link on https://spins.fedoraproject.org/xfce/download/index.html points to https://wiki.xfce.org. This is incorrect. The correct link to the official Xfce documentation should be https://docs.xfce.org

This is a similar request to issue #974: https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/issue/974

If it is possible, could you let me know of a way to determine if fedoraproject.org is referencing the wrong URL elsewhere? I would like to find a way to update these links globally or if I have covered all of the corrections across the fedora websites all at once.
