Thanks for letting us know. I think the best thing to do for now is marking the string as fuzzy, so it’s no longer used. I did it already, but for the future it’s one of the blue buttons on the bottom right of the string. There is also the history button, where you can find the username of the last translator. I added scootergrisen to CC, so they have a chance to fix it. I agree that better communication would be welcome. Notifying translators on this list is a good first step.
