I agree with @mailga here:

* getfedora is a brochure website targeting end-users. Is there any reason why to mention a CoC in this website? We point users who want to start to contribute, to the CoC once they go to the Join page.
* If you think it is mandatory, then we should unify all footers and not just getfedora; the PR we have for this in fact has only a fix for getfedora, not for other websites.
* The CoC is for contributors. Also is CommBlog for contributors. Before having a link on getfedora, why don't we have a link to the CoC on CommBlog, where we target contributors?
