I am part of Atomic WG and been involved in enabling Atomic Host on aarch64 and ppc64le in Fedora 27.
Yes, ppc64le and aarch64 arches will also receive 2 week release updates which has been mentioned in [Fedora 27 Atomic Host release announcement](http://www.projectatomic.io/blog/2017/11/fedora-atomic-27-features/)

I am not sure what do you mean here by handling prerelease. We are having Atomic ISOs and cloudImages getting built in koji daily for [F27](https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/twoweek/) and [rawhide](https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/compose/rawhide/) for aarch64 and ppc64le as well. @dustymabe may have more information here.

> @sinnykumari I would be opposed to add any alternate image to the main getfedora.org website. This is another target.

Is there any specific reason? Personally, I feel that publishing content for all arches at one place gives sense of more uniformity about architectures we care about :)
