No, getfedora.org is not the place where we want to make link exchanges.
Also, @mattdm is right, getfedora.org is not a replacement of fedoraproject.org, we did that with a specific target. It's a brochure website and not a Fedora news website.
We can try to optimize SEO a bit, but not with artificial content which has nothing to do with the main purpose of getfedora.org.
Not sure what @duffy wants to add here.
