Also we can increase update interval.
For example https://getfedora.org rarely updated. If the page's content updated regularly, it's ranking improved.
I suggest to include/add one or two Fedora related news, latest posts from FedoraPlanet, Fedora magazine, community blog, latest tweet and etc.  in the main page.
Or add some statistics about the FedoraProject.

Adding mentioned sections to the website, keeps website fresh and also doesn't need someone to manually update the website.
