I am +1 on this redirect. I think it is important to note that FUDCons are not dead. They are just not automatically funded. A good FUDCon idea can be funded.
A FUDCon proposal should explain why the event is being held and how it aligns with the mission of Fedora.
As a council member I'd also want to know what activities before and after the event will ensure we have attendance and follow up.
