This isn't the channel for these sorts of questions, however as this is a Frequently Asked Question: Why isn't X included in Fedora. Fedora is built in the United States and must abide by United States laws on software patents. Various software contains software which uses said patents but are not licensed to use them. We can not legally include this software in our repositories. This stance does not mean we agree with software patents.
