#408: Add F26 GPG keys

We have primary and secondary keys for Fedora 26 and need to add them to
the websites. Be careful when rewriting the key files and check them
before pushing.
We are a week before F25 Alpha, would be ok to get the keys in with the
Alpha stuff.
