Sign up for fedora account does not work?

When I click on the sign up button nothing happens.

Chrome Version 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit) OS X 10.11

I was trying to validate the new BIND release on BODHI, I guess I need to login? I tried adding a comment using the same setup as above, and it does not look like it took
