Currently, start.fpo has only Fedora Magazine posts. These are focused at end users (and increasingly so as content picks up). We also have the Fedora Community Blog https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/ — described as "a s ingle source for members of the community to share important news, updates, and information about Fedora with others in the Project".
