Those links could go under the docs template used in the
${EDITION}/download/index.html page, where we have already the release
notes. Not sure if we should link to the announcement on the magazine,
this could be linked from the news-bar we show for the first 10 days or
so.
As you say we'll have the ''What's new...'' articles for each edition
starting from F24 we could add this as a task for F24 final release.
