The index is more or less done, but still needs some tweaks, for example:
* Height on top can probably be more
* Edition backgrounds have white lines inside
* The grey pattern is not visible, so we should drop the ''cover''
instruction or make a new png for it
* The <hr /> lines are not so nice, and they are also difficult to set for
all devices and resolutions. Drop them? Substitute them with other stuff?
* Titles for magazine, askfpo etc are thin (also the text), we could
probably drop this class for the title (but then we are not consistent
with the rest...)
The websites are now all in staging and running, you can see them there.
