#345: Legal items lost in getfedora.org transition

There are two changes that need to be made to the getfedora.org website
ASAP.
1) The footer no longer points to our legal terms. We need to add a link
to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Main#Legal in the getfedora.org
footer (the bottom of the front page, which seems to appear on every page
in getfedora.org). It should say "Legal" and be under the "About" section.
2) The download pages no longer have our export language. We need to copy
the text (and handling method) verbatim from:
http://spins.fedoraproject.org/lxde/download/index.html
Specifically, the section which reads:
y clicking on and downloading Fedora, you agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions.
By downloading Fedora software, you acknowledge that you understand all of
the following: Fedora software and technical information may be subject to
