 As Ankur said, it's a huge work for the design team. For the Fedora
 counter they produced (we don't use this anymore) about 800 banners for
 all languages and days. A Python script does the math and gets the banner
 for every language. This is done with a makefile, which runs every hour
 and makes it easy to do these kind of scripts in static pages.

 http://fudcon.in/ is done with Drupal, so it's PHP, which works in another
 way. You could create yourown module or view, but also just add a script
 within a block. I'm not sure if it is worth for you to make a script for
 10 days or just update the banner manually and keep only an english
 banner.
