You're right, however we don't know for sure that all releases would always be at same time.
What we need is a "notification bus"... that might be the same idea of the global app menu, showing on the corner of fedora wiki, apps, websites ?
Just an idea, not sure people woumd get the info right away from getfedora... there should already be there to dowload
