Hi, On the fedora start page, http://start.fedoraproject.org/ there's an IMG tag with a URL pointing to a hidden video: <img src="https://mattdm.fedorapeople.org/council/2015-05-11_Fedora-Council_Subproject-Status-Marketing.webm"> Unfortunately, both konqueror and chrome appear to assume that an IMG tag refers to a small image and try to download it immediately. Finding this out blew my entire monthly bandwidth cap in three days:-(. This is apparently a hidden video: <div class="col-xs-1 col-sm-1 hidden-xs"> I've raised a bug against Konqueror: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1223720 where there's a packet trace. According to the w3c, IMG is supposed to be used for "a non-interactive, optionally animated, image that is neither paged nor scripted."
