#4734: Make labs.fpo and arm.fpo subdomains for F22 websites

For F22 we will have two new websites, one is labs.fedoraproject.org,
where we'll have functional spins, and the other is arm.fedoraproject.org
(webtickets 320 and 321).
We need to have the subdomains in production but also in staging, as we
need to test them.
