 As far as I can tell this seems to be a problem with getfedora.org only.
 But the behaviour was the same on the old (pre-F21) www.fedoraproject.org
 page where the problem was more obvious since "Schwyzerdütsch" (=de_CH)
 was shown as selected language in the upper right corner of the page.

 http://spins.fedoraproject.org/ shows in German for me, so no problem
 here. On http://start.fedoraproject.org/ there are at least two German
 words ("Fedora-Dokumentation" and "Sponsoren") so I assume this is the
 German version, too.

 BTW: When visiting www.redhat.com I see the English version of the website
 ("en"), if I want to see the German one ("de") I have to switch the
 language manually. But I don't know if this behavior is intended or not
 here.
