 hi, i wonder whether or not a page dedicated to ARM is really the right
 approach. i would like to understand better the context of the userbase
 that would want ARM - is there a particular flavor(s) of fedora they would
 be more likely to want to run vs other flavor(s)? how do folks running arm
 seek out OSes typically? is ARM similar to x86/x86_64 in that the hardware
 the userbase we're trying to capture has typically ships with OEM /
 preloaded OS, or are they typically coming to us baremetal? what are they
 trying to do with the ARM hardware? what kind of hardware are we
 targeting? plug computers? raspberry pis (there's a spin tailored for
 that)? etc
