#281: references to mailing lists on the get-prerelease page (and anywhere else) should go to the list subscription page -----------------------+----------------------- Reporter: mattdm | Owner: webmaster Type: defect | Status: new Priority: minor | Milestone: Component: get.fp.o | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: -----------------------+----------------------- We got a complaint saying that support requests to server@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx were not responded to. I replied saying that there are no support guarantees, etc., but belatedly I realized that the problem is probably _mostly_ that the user just wasn't subscribed. We should, instead, link to https://lists.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/server (and similar). This also lets the list owners put a brief message about list etiquette, what can be expected, and so on. -- Ticket URL: <https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-websites/ticket/281> fedora-websites <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites> Fedora Website Team's Trac instance -- websites mailing list websites@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/websites
