Can't reset password to give Karma

Hi,

I wanted to give Karma on this item :

but I can't reset my password...

In fact, this problem exist since a year and I never took the time to contact you.

I do receive "Fedora Project Password Reset" mail, I arrive on a page, I set a new password and it says that the change has been done, but after, I still can't log in ...

Can you please help me ?
