#274: UEFI consistency warning -------------------------+------------------------ Reporter: immanetize | Owner: webmaster Type: enhancement | Status: new Priority: critical | Milestone: Fedora 21 Component: get.fp.o | Resolution: Keywords: | Blocked By: Blocking: | -------------------------+------------------------ Comment (by immanetize): This is definitely a topic that should be addressed in the Installation Guide, and we are drafting a Multiboot Guide as well. Both of these will give detail and context. When the multiboot-guide is published, it might even be a good idea to link to it from the website as well - but that's for another day. For the Website, a very simple admonition should be sufficient. What about a bubble with something like: "For best results using Fedora with other operating systems, be consistent. Do not disable UEFI to install Fedora if your computer is preinstalled with an operating system that uses UEFI. -- Ticket URL: <https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-websites/ticket/274#comment:4> fedora-websites <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Websites> Fedora Website Team's Trac instance -- websites mailing list websites@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/websites
