While visiting Fedora Project's pages today, I have seen on http://fedoraproject.org/en_GB/using/ under More Tutorials > Be a slideshow and spreadsheetpro section that the link to http://www.learnopenoffice.org/ leads to an "abandoned" page. It is not to say that the link points to an error page but a rather abandoned page. I think it does not look nice on Fedora community's pages to link to such a page.
