#271: Update fudcon.fpo for FUDCon LATAM

We need to update http://fudcon.fedoraproject.org to FUDCon LATAM Managua
2014. The best would be just to replace FUDCOn Beijing on the main page
with Managua and then update also location and the other pages. Remember
to activate the nav-menu link to Latam and drop the APAC link since there
is no planned APAC FUDCon at the moment.
Pages should be up to date ASAP, FUDCon will be from october 23-25th.
