Hi Somvannda,
nice to read you here. We can add new local community sites once they
fit the guidelines [1]. You certainly need to sign the Trademark
License Agreement [2] to be listed, because we won't list any non
approved domain name.
Please go through the page and sign the agreement, then open a ticket
[3] to trac your request properly.
