Not sure about the text, going to check with the fedoramarketing list to
see if it is ok.
attached is the ribbon graphic for use in the page.
Also, is it possible to make the whole banner a link to fedora magazine?
the background i used is http://subtlepatterns.com/binding-light/ which is
cc-by, so we will need to attribute it in the html source.
