It's great to see that there is a system that will allow for offline idling and it's bells and whistles, however there is the major hurdle of the #fedora channels require users to have registered nicks. Perhaps a support channel can be established for non-registered users?

I saw there was a proposed talk on this for Flock, so I went to see what it
was. (See <https://flock-lmacken.rhcloud.com/proposals#3>.) I'm in the
middle of the NELF conference right now, but I thought I'd throw this out as
maybe something to integrate into the Glorious Future Community
Collaboration Hub.

Oooooooooooooh!!!!! Great idea! Getting up and running on IRC has been a barrier for some new contributors, particularly in the design space. This would be really nice!
