Source code browsing in subversion repos not working

I think there may be a problem with source code browsing of subversion repos in fedorahosted. 

If you browse e.g. https://fedorahosted.org/TheHat/browser

you'll note that the last version is from some years ago.  There's been recent work there, but it's not showing up.
