 In general a smaller size is more acceptable for smaller elements, yeah,
 as you're not straining to read a sustained block of text at a small size
 (for me, anyway).

 Perhaps it may be best to avoid specifying Cantarell given the problem
 that it tends to render smaller than other fonts, so that if we set a size
 more appropriate for Cantarell - like .9em - it might be a bit big for
 people looking at it in Verdana? But still, .9em (90%) Verdana is hardly
 huge either.
