It is. hamster-applet was orphaned and I packaged up the newer
hamster-time-tracker recently. It's available in the repositories now.

I've filed a bug at the marketing trac:

I could write up a page for hamster like the gnote tutorial page
instead, if you wish. That way, it'll be part of the fedora website, and
the links won't break in the future. I can maintain the page, since I'm
the hamster maintainer. What do you think, Kevin? The other solution is
to simply remove the hamster link (the link Christopher provided is from
2009 and needs to be updated to contain information about the gnome
shell extensions and integration with other apps like gtg.)
