Fedora binary DVD ISO BLOCKCOUNT Incorrect.

I downloaded Fedora 19 from the mirror:
http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/19/Fedora/x86_64/iso/

I used isoinfo to determine the BLOCKSIZE and BLOCKCOUNT
and I used dd to read the DVD I burned with both specified and piped it through an MD5SUM.
It does not match the iso file's MD5SUM.

If I don't specify the BLOCKCOUNT in the dd command, then the MD5SUMs will match.

150 blocks are not included in the BLOCKCOUNT.
So the BLOCKCOUNT in the distributed iso file seems to be incorrect.
I am not sure if this is an error or a security issue.

Sincerely,
Chris Steffen
