#238: get.fpo cloud launch links stopped working

The launch links at http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-options#clouds
no longer actually go to the launch dialog for the image. Something must
have changed on Amazon's side. (I'm not sure exactly what.) I'll try to
see if I can find what it should look like.
