Hi,

Fedora is completly Free as in Freedom (and price). You can download it,
copy it, use it, share it, how many times you wish.
Copyright (in the Freedom world we speak about Licensing, the way to give
back credits to the original author) does not matter as long as you don't
modify the original download.
