#220: add "Fedora in Other Cloud Providers" to bottom of get.cloud page

On http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora-options#clouds, it would be nice to
have a section listing other public cloud providers. Specifically, HP now
has the official fedora cloud image, and I'm working with some others. So,
it'd be nice to have a new section, below "Fedora 19 Downloadable Cloud
Images", like this:

Official Fedora images are also [https://blog.hpcloud.com/hp-public-cloud-
welcomes-fedora-19 available in the HP Public Cloud].
(And we'll update as other providers become available.)
